BLDG Active, a company focused on bringing cutting-edge medical technologies to active outdoor athletes, announced the launch of it’s first commercial products. The two products, Active Repair Spray and Active Repair Hydrogel are both composed of Hypochlorous (HOCL) a novel technology first developed for use in the hospital setting. Justin Gardner, co-founder and CEO of BLDG Active commented, “ Our first products combine science, clinical results and environmental responsibility into one simple product for active skin repair.”
BLDG Active was founded in 2016 with the sole purpose of identifying clinically-proven technologies and bringing them to the serious outdoor athlete. The technology used in the Active Skin Repair product line is the same doctor-recommended product and formulation used in hospitals worldwide.
“As avid outdoor athletes we saw a need for a better solution to skin repair”, added co-founder Jason Baldessari, “this scientifically advanced all natural technology works on wounds, cuts, rashes, sunburns and other skin irritations giving athletes a more effective and simpler way to treat everyday damage. We’re creating a whole new category which is pretty exciting”
